I describe my apartment as “a long-term project that I’m constantly experimenting with.” My friends say that each time they come over, there is always something different about my home. As a designer I believe that I should be constantly changing and evolving. My artistic thinking should constantly be challenged, especially within the space where I spend most of my days.
Something interesting about this space is that you can literally find trash that people have thrown out on the street which has been transformed and utilized in different ways. This project, like the majority of my projects, also incorporates the presence of plants which I believe is fundamental in any design. Plants provide an important exchange of energy between humans and nature.
